Brewed with Pilsner and Rye malts before a 12 month barrel-fermentation with our house culture and an English yeast strain. After an additional 12 months conditioning in this bottle, Tracker is complex, vinous and fresh, with traces of rye spice and minimal Brett presence. You’ll find flavors reminiscent of skin contact wine and stewed peaches with a sturdy, clean finish.

Clear bronze body, no head. Rye bread, brett, pilsner malt, preach, apricot, apple, hay, oak and a hint of grape make up this wonderful aroma bouquet, sturdy yet complex. The taste is a subtle beauty, using all the flavors from the smell plus mushroom, lemon, grapefruit, lime, and hibiscus. Nothing too powerful, with rye and oak holding everything together. Feel is sour but not overwhelming, funk is present but playfully light, and sneaky bready. An experiment with fascinating results, bravo!
