Tasted in a goblet from draft at Half Acre Beer Company on August 10, 2019. Brewed in collaboration with The Veil. Lactose, vanilla and marshmallow heaped with potent, tropical hop varieties. Orange cream popsicles in a coconut shell.

A milkshake IPA with lactose, vanilla, and marshmallow, so I'm expecting a lot of sweetness up front. Pours a lightly clouded orange, with a half-finger of head, modestly thick. Smells sweet, mandarin orange, vanilla wafer, and nectarine. The marshmallow makes itself known on the palate, which is considerably sweeter. Full mouthfeel for an IPA. Lots of sugar, not much malt or hop character.

16oz can poured into a snifter. An orange creamsicle is probably the best way to describe this beer. Citrus flavors with a lingering sweet smoothness in the finish. Tasty!

Canned 7/29/19; drank 8/11/19 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy dull orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a nice khaki head; thick, frothy tree-rung lace.
Orange citrus, cream & faint dry grass notes in the nose.
Creamy, medium thick mouthfeel.
Orange soda & cream flavors; mild dry wheat on the finish.
Really sweet, but drinkable.
Not one I'll search out again, though...
