Had on tap. Opaque black body with a brown head. Vanilla, marshmallow, and lactose. In the nose. In the taste. Shaping the cloyingly sweet feel. Not dynamic or complex, but if you have a craving for these flavors this one is for you. Does hit marshmallow pure, easier said than done. But this is too sweet for me to have more than a few ounces of. Underlying malts and feel completely swamped in the sugar. A diabetic nightmare of a dessert beer

Sweet. Cloyingly so from the marshmallow and lactose, but still an enjoyable brew. Darker than midnight under a new moon, thicker than a bowl of oatmeal. In keeping with what I've come to expect from dessert stouts from The Veil, so the partnership makes sense. Quite a healthy dose of vanilla alongside the other flavoring agents.

Marshmallow variant on tap at The Veil Forever Summer Fest.
Nice dark color with a bit of tan lacing. Very attractive marshmallow and cocoa notes, along with roasted malts. Roasty, nutty, with good marshmallow creaminess. A bit sweet, perhaps, but very tasty. Easy drinking, flavors not entirely well-rounded, but work well together. ABV disguised well. Might be a one-off, but it sure tasted great.

Canned 8/2/19; drank 8/11/19 @ the Yarchives.
Black appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice tan head; thick, frothy tree-rung lace.
Marshmallow, milk chocolate, mild hop bite & faint strawberry notes in the nose.
Creamy, thick mouthfeel.
Sweet marshmallow, milk chocolate, mild cream & faint strawberry flavors; no booze heat.
SWEET, then, but overall pretty enjoyable.
