Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on October 30, 2019. Dry-hopped at 5 pounds per barrel and fermented with an English yeast strain. Sticky, sappy, peach nectar and tropical drip.

What a journey this beer is. From the hazy copper color to the sledgehammer tropical aromas to the whopper tropical flavors that fill every nook and cranny of your palate, this beer is a flavor roller coaster by any measure.
Half Acre is my favorite Chicago brewery, and this flavorful, slightly boozy DIPA is another example why that is the case.
