Opaque dull brown/orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a HUGE khaki head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.
Rhubarb, oak & cream notes in the nose.
Thick, sticky mouthfeel. Oak, bourbon, rhubarb & faint cream flavors here; boozy and earthy with few pleasures.
Not one I'll return to.

On-draught @ Half Acre:
Spices collide with the base beer to poor effect. Vanilla, herb... it's rather off-putting.
Bourbon barrel is barely present.
