A blend of barrel conditioned rye and wit beers, refermented on 3 pounds per barrel of fresh Italian Plums from Michigan. Aromas of Cotton Candy Table Grapes, rose petals and honeysuckle, with some tannin presence and light minerality, modern acidity pulls back the sweetness of the fruit.
