Dry hop additions of Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo ride a London III wave of comfort and backyard strawberries, while a hearty bittering addition preserves balance and a slammable lean.

Enjoyable crisp IPA, better suited for later summer/early fall than January. Low malty sweetness stays in the background letting the hops shine.

A hearty IPA aptly named. 10th Review.
a) As expected apricot body, slashing/ lacing head.
s) Melon, strawberry prominant, but plenty of wood shard, piney bitterness after.
t) Fruit salad, flower stand built out of fresh sawn blonde wood, still bleeding sap and splinters.
of) Chalky, light, clean.

Canned 7/21. Slightly hazy copper color. Mild head and lacing. Dank and hoppy smell that’s stronger than hop presence on the taste. Crisp, refreshing, light alcohol presence. Pretty good.

Very satisfying IPA from one of my favorite brewers. Found a fresh 4-pack and now enjoying these 16 oz cans in late summer. Not super juicy but you can smell and taste the citrus. Malt notes are present and make this more of a west coast style. The taste improves as I finish more of this can. Last taste lifting the score from my initial impression

Canned on: 07-21-21.
A - Light haziness that's medium orange color with a bubbly, soapy, vibrant white lacing that sticks to the sides of the glass like glue. Very nice!
S - Malt base has a slight bit of grainy presence, possibly light rose floral, otherwise no hop aroma whatsoever. The aroma has zero personality. Say what??!!!??
T - Apricot, citrus, some herbal character, stone fruit, citrus, and passion fruit. Finishes balanced with a slight touch of pine bitterness. Nice lingering earthy citrus after the sip.
M - Big medium body that puts down a layer of hops all around the mouth that feels like cotton clothe.
O - The beer gets better as I work my way through the can. However, the nose (or lack thereof), really is pulling this beer down like a boat anchor.
