16 month barrel aged Belgian blonde ale conditioned an additional two months on Paw Paw puree from Integration Acres. Heavily inspired by our time in North Carolina with the Fonta Flora crew, Paw Paw Loam is custardy, with champagne and almond croissant on the nose, a full mouthfeel, mild acid and an abrupt fruit forward finish.
