Pours a pretty clear, but not quite crystal clear, golden color. Nice thick frothy white head forms on the beer, lingers, and dissolves a bit but never completely.
Aroma has notes of grain, crackery malts with a slight sweetness. Hints of white grape, some pear and mild fruity esters come through before giving way to a dried grassy hop note on the back end.
Taste largely follows the nose with notes of sweet malts up front with a little bit of grain. Some sweet fruity notes comes through - white grape, pear, maybe some apple - that transitions into a dried grassy and straw finish. The hop bitterness is moderate and balanced.
Feel is light, crisp, bright, and refreshing. Semi-dry to dry finish.
Overall a very nice kölsch - this one hits my palate and reads like a tweener between a pilsner and a kölsch - but its not necessarily a bad thing here.

Canned 5/26/22; drank 7/4/22 @ the Yarchives.
See-through dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell head; a thick curtain of lace.
Fresh wheat, mild lemon, mild corn & faint fresh soap notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Fresh corn, dry wheat & faint fresh soap flavors. Enjoyable!

Bland and utilitarian, nowhere near as good as their previous Kölsch releases, Discus, The Crusch, Inside the Dream, etc.
