This new spring seasonal employs a base malt layer of water cracker & cereal – crisp, not sweet. Vista hops paired with hand-selected CTZ add pleasing citrus & melon with green pear as it warms in your glass. Crystal clear, bright golden wheat color, & a smooth, easy drinker. The Fuzz is wonderfully balanced & comes on subtle… opposite to Spring’s yearly upheaval on nature & man.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $3.49. This has been in my fridge for a while...it was canned on 011823 so it's 15+ months old.
Look: Nice pale, light gold color with good clarity and just the faintest haze. There was a frothy off-white head that dissipated to a thin layer with some rocky lacing. Nice stream of upward carbonation. A bit hazier after pouring the bottom of the can.
Smell: Light citrus (orange peel, grapefruit) and some floral notes. There's also a sweet honey note. Biscuity malt. Slightly peppery. There's a mild yeasty aroma as well.
Taste: It's pretty tasty, refreshing. The flavors certainly mirror the nose - up front, it's citrusy and crisp with malty and cereal grain undertones. The finish is dry and laden with moderately bitter orange peel and grapefruit pith. Big clove note that I wasn't able to place on the nose. The finish is also spicy and peppery.
Feel: Light to medium bodied. I'm not sure if this beer is over-carbonated or perhaps it's because this is not a fresh can, but it feels like it is a bit too fizzy.
Overall: It's good. I know that they are different styles, but this reminds me a bit of Daisy Cutter Pale Ale, kind of like it's the little brother. This would probably taste better if it was fresher. Still good though. This is a nice beer to drink during the warmer months.

16 oz can served in a Belgian snifter.
Appearance. Clear, pale golden body with a very good white head.
This has an unusual but interesting and appealing aroma with wheat, hay, and exotic fruit notes. The flavor also features fruit notes and wheat, with notes of melon and melon round in the mix.

16oz canned January 26th 2023
On the pour, 3 fingers of fluffy, white head formed on top of a hazy yellow body. Nice lacing forms.
Aroma is reminiscent of SNPA in the bright west coast hops, but perhaps a bit fruitier. The is a slight crackery malt as well.
Flavor is again similarly hoppy to SNPA but lighter and with a bit more juice. The dry, bready, and crackery pale malt makes for a nice refreshing finish.
Feel is super drinkable and crisp, with a medium finish and some dryness. Decently refreshing as well. Good mellow summer beer.
Overall, I'm digging this beer. Half acre has always been solid, but this makes me want to seek out more of their stuff, as well as drink more of thibread,
Definitely not for people that only drink wheat beers and no pale ales.

16oz pounder. Very nice unfiltered look. Not much scent, some lemon and pine in the background. Crisp easy drinking with a big hop bite on the end. I didn't expect this much hop flavor

Admittedly, it's a wheat pale ale, so you should know what you're getting into. The pour to try to empty a pint can into a clear glass liter mug produced so much foam, it couldn't be done in one attempt. That's another witness that wheat is the culprit when most messes like this happen. After a couple more tries, it all fits. As usual, the foam recedes unevenly and unattractively, leaving irregular glass lacing. The color is washed out light golden-amber, almost as transparent as a window glass. There is plenty of noticeable carbonation. With very little to smell, the best that can be described is, well there's just not enough there to do that. Adjunct American Lagers produce more salivating aromas. Although the nose said to not expect it, there's no redeeming hop bite to begin to salvage this. Like Coors Light, the emphasis on the can is to keep this beer cold. Obviously, that's because there's no real taste. This is one that has no qualities and proves that wheat and ale should have the same relationship as oil and water. Finishing the perfunctories: Taste is very mildly indescribably bitter and the mouthfeel no better than mediocre. To spend craft beer money for this is a total waste.

16 fl oz. can, canned 01/26/2023. "Wheat Pale Ale" from Half Acre.
Poured to clear unbranded stemware.
A: Pours clearish golden, almost lagery, with some small flecky sediment visible. Finger of good frothy white head of decent retention, & leaves good lacing.
S : Pale bready malt, subtle herbal / earthy / lemondrop hop content.
T: Taste follows, pale malt, a bit bready, dry, with some earthy herbal piney hops to back things up.
M ; Smooth, crisp, clean, easy-to-drink stuff.
Overall, average but drinkable.

16 oz can into a weizen glass. Slightly cloudy golden color with a two-finger rocky white head. Spicy wheat, orange and lemon citrus aroma. Wheaty malt and bitter orange citrus flavor. Medium crisp body. Not bad but superior options of the style abound.

Canned 1/10/23; drank 2/20/23 @ the Yarchives.
See-through dull orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice eggshell head; a thick curtain of lace.
Wheat & mild peach notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Wheat & mild peach flavors.
Mild, indeed; it's not going to piss you off, but you probably won't remember it either.
