After five months in oak and over a year in the bottle, Seer is pleasant in every sense of the word. Tangerine and fall fruits on the nose with mild funk and a balancing acid. Dry and effervescent, this beer goes great with a good meal.

One-time release, label says 2020. RIP Wyld Cave 2017-2021, we hardly knew thee. Cheers to Lee McComb and his innovative years at Half Acre developing the wild barrel program.
Bright saturated golden orange, compact head of foam that dwindles to a ring with an island of surface skim.
Aroma is barrel forward, buttery oak, mild grapefruit and eucalyptus.
Juicy tangerine and sour grapefruit, mild bitter pith, mild oak and eucalyptus in the aftertaste. Light bodied, effervescent & crisp. Overall it’s subtle and nice. Paired well with tacos on a 72° day in early March. Really missing HA’s wild ales these days, especially with the void left by Keeping Together leaving.
