I had this on draft 3/15/24 @ Half Acre.
Black appearance.
Minimal dark tan head; minimal lacing remained.
This smelled like vanilla & pecan, and maybe 50/50 on the natural ingredient vs. syrup scale. Some chocolate syrup notes in there as well.
Sticky medium mouthfeel. Pecan syrup, vanilla, chocolate syrup & booze heat on the palate.
Slightly more beer-like than the Old Fashioned variant but perhaps less pleasant. Call it a draw.
