This Hazy DIPA hits you in the nose with huge tropical pineapple & mango aromas. Built on a bare bones pilsner malt bill, the hazy trifecta of Strata, Mosaic & Citra hops layer in strawberry, blueberry & grapefruit flavors with an underlying green onion funk that balances those big tropical notes pint after pint.

Pours a very hazy golden straw color with a fluffy white head that leaves ringlets of lacing on the glass. Beautiful hazy.
The nose features ripe berries, grapefruit, pineapple, and green onions that lend a very dank note that I appreciate.
The taste is also very dank, with the green onions providing that welcome flavor, balanced by the ripe berries, pineapple, and grapefruit. So delicious.
The mouthfeel is full and on the softer side, fitting the style. Very well executed by a world class brewery, IMHO.

I'm not even going to rate the categories, it's just too sweet, too much pineapple cocktail taste, just ick. Love the can art from Ryan Browne, but jeez.... this is what gets distro-d from Half Acre? Meh.

Canned 9/11/24. A nice hazy IPA but both the nose and palate seemed subdued. I suspect this was more impressive closer to its canning date.
