Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.25)
Aroma: Aromas of orange, tropical punch, grapefruit, pineapple. Some light floral and pale malts. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors of orange, pineapple to my grapefruit, tropical punch. Some light and floral pale mounts as well. Follows the aroma similarly. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, appropriate, carbonation, finishes, juicy, tropical, leans dry. (4.00)
Compared to Sierra Nevada Pils 5/26: Pours darker, stronger aromas. More tropical punch, pineapple, grapefruit. Less floral notes.
Overall: Half Acre Neon Foothills with a New-Zealand Pils. My first try at this. I'm not sure what to make of the style, but I cannot deny it has some great hops in here with Motueka and Nelson. Aromas are citrusy and tropical like a NEIPA. Same on the flavor with a fantastic blend of citrus and tropical notes. If this was a NEIPA it would be fantastic. Still, this is an odd style and drinks like an IPL. My rating is based on the New-Zealand not the German style. (Rating: 4.02)

From Good Times Oakland canned April 13th 2026.
Pours a bright clear gold with an inch of foam, retention and lacing are excellent.
Smell is hoppy, bitter, fruity, with toasted malt and some notes of melon.
Taste is hoppy with melon, some citrus, pine, hint of dankness, toasted malt, pretty nice balance.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, I would drink this again.
