Fresh wheat beer taste. Not quite on the level of, but compares favorably with, Franziskaner Hefe-Weißbier. Hoppy, crisp, tart, and sessionable qualities

Tasted in 5 oz glass from draft at Roaring Table Brewing Company on August 25, 2017. Dry and expressive with notes of peppery spice and lemon with undertones of mild funk. It's nothing special.
