Taste: herbal lemongrass, citrus, and cracker notes with fresh finish. Bready yeast nose. Pale gold, clear, white delicate head, refine lattice of lace. Easy drinker, tea notes.

Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Roaring Table Brewing Company tap room on April 26, 2018. This hazy farmhouse-style ale is bright with flavors of lemons, oranges, hay and water crackers. The lemongrass adds a subtle bite that pairs well with our spicy Saison yeast.
