Cloudy deep golden body with two fingers of pearl white foam and spotted lacing. Rustic grains, full Belgian yeast, lemon peel, grass, baguette, big ester especially pear, and lesser so, banana in smell. Taste is an estery yeast bomb but so elevated, adjunct grains follow and are beautiful and open up in the second half. Same elements as nose but esters are so strong. Earthy hop kiss and the rustic grains finish the taste. Feel is yeasty yet light elegant and smooth with some chew. Excellent saison
