We combined floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt, soft water, Czech hops, and yeast derived from the original source to create this refreshing and flavorful lager.

Pours a crystal clear golden color. Thick, pillowy white head forms on the beer, lingers for a moment and then dissipates leaving just a thin layer of residual foam on top of the beer. Aroma has notes of sweet bread, spicy noble hops, dried grass, dried straw and some light hay.

taste follows the nose with notes of sweet bread, dried straw, hay, dried grass, giving way to spicy noble hops. The hop bite on this is assertive. There is a touch of mineralality to the this that is really nice. Feel is light, crisp, bright and lively. Bright carbonation.

Overall it is a lovely Czech pilsner

Another direct purchase from the brewery. Canned 11-03-22. Poured into a short Maßkrug.

L -- Clear gold color with a dense and creamy, long-lasting white head.

S -- Herbal hops up front with a light doughy breadiness back.

T -- Great balance of herbal hops, bready to grainy malts, with a firm herbal bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. A touch of citrus fruit on the back of the palate with warming.

F -- Mouthfeel is soft to crisp with a light-medium body.

O -- An outstanding take on the style. Brewed for enjoyment and begs another glass... and another.

Had on tap as a mliko pour! Clear golden body with obviously a large eggshell white head and tons of lacing. Looking at non-mliko pours this appears to be true too. Smell has herbal and grassy hops accenting the grainy breadiness and pilsner malt. Taste adds mineral water and yeast depth, the hops and grainy breadiness are a match made in heaven. Feel is creamy yet crisp, very clean and finishes dry. Really enjoyed this one, another please!

Canned 11/3/22; drank 11/16/22 @ the Yarchives.

See-through yellow appearance.

A rough pour yielded a big bright white head; frothy lace.

Cornbread, mild skunk & faint cream notes in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Corn & faint cream flavors up front; dry pine notes on the finish.

Balanced & easy to drink. I'd have another.
