We brewed this farmhouse ale with Pacific Northwest grown malts from LINC & Mecca Grade Estate barley malts, as well as spelt, triticale, wheat & flaked oats for a complex & round body. A light hopping of Yakima Valley grown Goldings & Triumph provide balance & citrus zest aroma. Fermented warm with Norwegian kviek farmhouse yeast for a mildly spicy, Belgian-like character. Surprisingly light & easy drinking.
