Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and fruit hops, orange, lemon and light mixed stone fruit; a little dankness. Flavor is pale malt, citrus and piney hops, grapefruit, lemon, pine, some dankness and mild stone fruit. Solid and forward bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. Another nice fresh hop, with the ever reliable Simcoe providing citrus, pine and some dank notes. A little touch of mixed stone fruit, but a bit less fruity than usual for this hop, although the fruit character seems to develop more with repeated tasting. A worthy fresh hop.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated: Best By 01/2023 SIMCOE.
Pours clear brassy yellow with a small head. Smell is light lemon, slightly boozy, some grass / vegetation, light resin.
Taste is nice, bright lemon rind and lemon zest. A little bit of boozy heat. A little bit of floral sweetness. Resinous bitterness clinging to my lips.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly light and thin. Overall, pretty nice beer. Not a tremendous showcase of fresh hops, but a good and worthy fresh hop.
