Can received from @snaotheus in a ninja strike that celebrates fresh hop season…postponing my diet due to beer peer pressure
New beer , new brewery
Undated 16 oz can poured into a pretentious beer glass
Pellucid golden liquid , occasional carbonations, one finger white foam cap
Aroma is citrusy, lemon, orange
First sip was sweet….Taste is fresh hop oil , earthy, tangerine citrus, grapefruit
Sudsy mouthfeel, bitterness on the finish but not too sharp
Good beer

16oz can served in a snulip. No date on it. Unfortunately, they took a page out of Holy Mountain's book and used their stamping equipment to not share anything useful.
Pours clear yellow with a slight brassy tint, medium sized head, lots of carbonation. Smell is nice -- fresh hop forward, floral green sappy resin, some honeysuckle sweetness.
Taste follows, doubles down on the green sappy resin, honeysuckle sweetness tries to keep up, strong malt backbone can stand up to it all. Lemon and grapefruit zest building up as I sip it.
Mouthfeel is medium with a resinous dryness. Overall, this is very good.
