Thrice greatest! Living intellect made quicksilver! We receive, express, and transmute in an instant, and our minds are left vibrating sacred energy. The air is our language, and we engage with clear, perfected abstraction. To communicate this crystalline abstract of perfection, we have chosen the aromatic communion of Citra and Motueka hops, creating rapid and intense expressions of sweet lime, earthy passion fruit, grapefruit pith, and resinous stone fruit characteristics. Rapid and expansive, Hermes is the air rising up your spine, and you will understand when the impossible perfection comes to you like the voiceless inspiration of the infinite abstract!

Really interesting and unique amongst the sea of hazy ipas available these days. No legible canning date but purchased 2 weeks ago.
Luminous gold yellow almost fresh squeezed orange juice glow in the body. grapefruity pith, piney, earthy aromatics. flavor is pine, grapefruit pith, lime juice, and a strong and lasting stone fruity rich nectarine resin. Touch of crackery, biscuity malt. Medium to thin but slightly creamy mouthfeel. The citra and especially motueka hops really shine here.

This beer pours a hazy, vibrant golden color with a dense, two finger, bright white head. Retention is excellent and there are whispy rings of lacing left on the glass.
Smell is dank mango, grapefruit pith, berries and earthiness.
Taste is similar. Fruity on the front with a touch of sweet malts thrown in and the finish is moderately bitter from an herbal earthiness.
Feel is medium and resinous with moderate carbonation.
Overall this is an enjoyable beer. It reminds me of a super fruity west coast IPA, which is refreshing in the age of all juice everything.

Can dated 05/23/18 into pint glass. Pours a light orangish straw color with a coarse off-white head. Initial impression is earthy dankness and a touch of caramel, with some peach and citrus (muted grapefruit and mango) present - not what I was expecting, exactly, after reading the blather on the label. Oh, well - it's certainly not BAD, it's just not what I had my taste buds calibrated for. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is smooth and slightly bitter.
I like FO's offerings, but this one won't be at the top of their heap for me.

A: Poured from the can into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is hazy golden-orange with a small white head on top.
S: Nice nose: sweeter tropical fruit (mango, papaya), limes, and a touch of grapefruit peel.
T: Follows the nose, with juicy, sweet tropical fruit (passion fruit, mango) up front, a touch of candied oranges and grapefruit coming next, then finishing up with a hint of piney bitterness on the back of the palate.
M: No carbonation, really, at all. Medium in heft, slightly slick.
O: Quite good. Wasn't impressed with my first beer from these guys, but I'm liking this one.
