Our line of Üngespundet Lagerbiers are modeled after the inspiring and subtle detail in classical German brewing traditions. However, these are distinctly Foreign Objects Üngespundet Lagerbiers marked by delicate, full aromas and soft bitterness from our abundant-yet-precise hop use, natural rustic earthiness from our temperate lagering process, and a naturally unfiltered glow, these beers are our homage to the lost beauty of subtlety and precision, honored and transmuted into these beautiful lagers.

A: crystal clear; deep gold in color; 1 finger ivory head that receded quickly to a very thin collar; no lacing;
S: grass and apple; slightly sweet;
T: almost no flavor up front; after that it follows the nose; mild bitterness on the finish;

Canned on 8/31/2018. Just showed up locally, wonder what took 6 months.
Saturated golden orange, mildly hazy with visible microparticles in suspension.
Ample foam, good surface coverage and sticky lacing.
Aroma is a little spent, soggy grain and lager yeast.
Tastes better, it’s biscuity and malt forward. Vague floral grassiness.
Light bodied, carbonation seems to ebb, mellow aftertaste.
Overall not bad, though wish it was fresher.

A: Translucent orange colored body has a loose density of macro-effervesce. A skimpy and micro porous head is dull white and quickly lapses to a washy covering. No visible lacing.
S: Lemonbread and fresh pilsner grains are spicy with a soft warming of hop flowers. Semi-dry orange peel and some melon grind round out.
T: Creamy oranges are bright and spicy on the opening sip. Spicy Saaz hops with some sweet floral, green melon, and some banana. White grapes with some apple-citrus add some fruity notes. Very flavorful, finishes with a flowery hop bite of oranges and floral.
M: Full and creamy mouthful, thick and milky substance. Little to no carbonation.
O: Spicy and fruity Keller bier, a creamy rich body has spicy and sweet floral, damp oranges, with a spicy and bright nature.

Clear, light amber color. Minor, short lived head. Few spots for lace.
Lots of raw unmalted grain to the nose. There's also some sweet corn to the smell.
The flavor is a step up from the smell. It is not nearly as grainy. The pale malt isn't completely fermented giving the brew a sweetness greater than most Kellerbiers. The hop is light, barely perceptible. Full bodied for the style. Lower carbonation. Short aftertaste as expected.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium to dark golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint honey + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a few small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness as well as just shy of moderate aromas of floral + grassy + spicy hops. Light aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are slightly heavier than light flavors of floral + grassy + spicy hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable, reminds me of a slightly Americanized version of a traditional German beer though still using more traditional hop varieties.

The mostly clear dark golden beer is served in an Imperial Pint glass with a 1/2” white head that slowly recedes to a web of lacing and foam on the sides of the glass to eventually become a thin cap of foam that turns into a thin island of foam and a ring around the glass. Sipping creates a couple of slender arches and several small patches and legs of lacing, some of which slide back down to the liquid.
The light aromas include some floral and grassy character backed up by some crackery malt.
The flavors are similar to what is expected from the nose with both some floral character and some crackery malt. The light sweetness from the malt complements the more noticeable herbal, grassy bitterness.
The mouthfeel is on the light side of medium bodied and gently crisp with the finely bubbled and light but persistent carbonation. The finish begins as the malt sweetness recedes faster than the floral character leading to a floral tinged but grassy, herbal and bitter ending that moves to the back of the palate to slowly disappear.
Overall a drinkable enjoyable beer that offers a fair amount of complexity and a slightly different than expected balance of aromas/flavors. While the malt and some light sweetness are definitely present this beer the aromas/flavors are really about the noble hops.

An okay beer - but lacking the Pilsner malt presence and a more noble hop profile than I'd like.
