Heaven in a tourniquet. This New-American Hoppy Ale expresses self-containment and the undeniable aspects of some mysterious nature that dwells inside of us. Mosaic and Amarillo hops come together to create parallel complexity and to stimulate our senses with aromas of sweet grapefruit pulp, peach nectar, and dank sticky resin. There is something for everything, and it's the light divining, friends...

L - 1.5 finger bright white head craters from the inside out, eventually leaving a golden orange body.
S - tangerine, orange, grapefruit, herb.
T - bitter grapefruit rind, then a hint of sweet orange flesh. Slightly dirty middle. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - good hop combo, and thankful for the bitterness.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Bought it at Market of Choice in Bend last weekend. Couldn't be bothered with a date on the can, but certainly could be bothered to admonish their customers: "DDH is dead / drink this now." At least the admonishment is printed on the label instead of stamped on the can.
Pours a hazy orange-amber with a medium head. Smell is fairly mild, citrus pith and straw, maybe something vaguely floral.
Taste is almost a hazy English IPA. I get tea and grain, a little herbal bitterness, a little vague floral.
Mouthfeel is fairly rich but not heavy, almost hits fluffy. Overall, it's pretty good, and without a date I'm wondering if it would be better fresher or not.

Right at outstanding, hence all 4's. Pours a cloudy yellow/orange with medium head. Scent of pine and citrus fruit. Taste follows, with the hops and citrus in perfect harmony. Light mouthfeel, and very smooth. Aftertaste leans to sweet and is very enjoyable.

Appears to have been canned in mid-Sept, so not too old. Pours murky dark yellow with almost no head. Smells of pine and tropical fruits. Flavor follows with some mellow mellow notes in the mix and a decent malt balance. Slightly sweet finish which I enjoy. Pretty good, but expensive.

Appearance: yellow with a tan hue that reminds me of an NE IPA that has sat on the shelf. An off white head forms when poured that fades quickly to near nothing.
Aroma: super fresh; fresh spruce growth and tropical fruit. Wonderful!
Flavor: this in incredible! The hops are so flavorful; so many layers and each flavor gets its time to shine. The hops are superfresh, and after a second, the hop flavor gets a turbo boost: TROPICAL JUICE, cantaloupe, apricot and honey suckle. Superb.
Mouthfeel: spot on; light-medium. Silky smooth. You could crush several.
Overall: this is among the best IPAs I've tried this year, and I'm a regular drinker of Weldwerks and Outer Range. Excellent.

5 oz pour on tap at Lures Bar & Grille. Looks, smells, and tastes like a well-executed NEIPA. Hazy yellow appearance, aromas and flavors of tropical/citrus fruit, low bitterness. Mouthfeel is a little bit on the harsh/vegetal side. Still, overall a solid NEIPA with an impressive amount of flavor for a mere 6.5% abv.

Poured into a 13 oz tulip glass canned on 9/19/19. Pours a very attractive hazy orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves loads of thin lace behind with excellent retention. 4.5
Smell peach, pineapple, papaya, mandarin, and apricot. 4.25
Taste follows peach, pineapple, tangerine, papaya, and apricot very tropical and very little bitterness. 4.5
Mouthfeel is big for 6.5%, soft creamy mouthfeel, sticky not dry, and drinks bigger but very crushable. 4.5
Overall this is another great beer from this brewery. As good as any beer you can purchase on shelves in my opinion. 4.5

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: A pretty good aroma of dank hops, citrus fruit, peaches, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a good amount of dank hops (not overdone, though), a lot of citrus fruit (grapefruit, in particular), light tropical fruit notes (passion fruit, perhaps?), and some peaches. An interesting flavor that grows on you after awhile. It's a dank and bitter flavor - low on the fruit - but works just fine.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solidly done beer. Worth a look.
