Poured into the 2019 Oakworks glass (white wine glass) at 50°F.
L: Pours a hazy, pale golden color with ivory head that lasts for a bit but comes back easily with a swirl.
S: Hops are very noticeable but it smells almost like lemons. Just a bit spicy.
T: Fruity, mostly orange. Good bit of funk on a really delicious saison base.
F: Soft. High carbonation and dry finish.
O: Absolutely wonderful dry-hopped saison. Very good saison base with citrus fruit on top making for an incredibly refreshing and easy drinking beer. Easily on the short list of the best saisons I've ever had.
