750 gusher poured into 11oz tulip. Poured a cloudy pale yellow with a half-inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma had a nice funk, some yeasty spice, and just a touch of wood.
Same on the tongue, just brighter and more well defined.
The body was light, crisp, had good carbonation across the tongue, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, there was enough going on to keep you interested throughout the glass.
Overall, a very nice brew, certainly worth a shot if you ever see it.

750ml bottle poured into a white wine glass at 52°F.
L: Pours a pale yellow that's just a bit cloudy. Nice white head with good retention and great lacing. Head comes back nicely with every swirl.
S: Spicy citrus. Bit of funk. Overall it's a pretty mellow aroma but these scents come across very clean. Really not what I was expecting.
T: Lemon-lime. Interesting flavors to come from mandarinquat and bergamot oranges, but this has that classic lemon-lime flavor. The flavor is not over the top, but the citrus certainly shines through and is the one clearly identifiable flavor.
F: Light body with good carbonation. Low acidity but doesn't come off overly dry. A tiny bit sticky at the end.
O: This is an excellent citrus saison. The citrus flavors are really good and make for a very refreshing beer.
