Calling Out to Psychic Death is a dry hopped blend of barrel fermented saison.
The 2022 blend was made from spelt saison brewed July 2020, wheat and oat saison brewed September 2020, and spelt saison brewed February and May 2021. The blend was assembled and then dry hopped with German and New Zealand varietals.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary, harvested in Chiliwist, Washington on 09/25/2021.
Drink fresh. Do not age further.

Bottle at share. Hazy pale golden pour, a few bubbles. Aroma is citrusy, lemons. Taste is sparkling water, zesty lemon peel . Dry feel, white wine notes.
