Poured a peach color with full clarity. Nose is kinda light, hints of rhubarb giving off the anticipation of aggressive tartness. The taste starts out with heavy tart rhubarb, moderately sweet, minimally sour but again, very tart. As it warms, the flavors are less harsh and more approachable although I didn’t really pick up much cherries. There is a subtle bitterness at the finish with orange rind but otherwise not much botanical qualities as advertised. Mouthfeel is light bodied, some effervescence. Overall, great beer, just seemed kinda one dimensional considering the cherries, rhubarb, and botanicals added. Tasty nonetheless!
