Brouwer's XVIII is a blend of Big Gin barrel fermented and aged saison. We refermented the blend on organic Balaton cherries from Apple Cart Fruit in the Okanogan Valley. It tastes like limeade with raspberry Jolly Rancher candy and has that classic cinnamon cherry pie vibe we all love.

A Small Token of Respect for Those Who Led the Way
A beer made to celebrate the occasion of the 18th anniversary of Brouwer's Cafe in Seattle, March 2023. Our brewery surely would not exist without it. Thanks to Matt Vendenberghe and Nat Pellman.
This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle.

750ml bottle at share. Copper colored pour, a few short lived bubbles. Mildly tart aroma, cherries. Taste is fruity, cherries, under current of gin barrel.
