16oz can served in a big snifter. Canned on 06/08/2020.
Pours a slightly hazy orange / amber color, leaning towards orange. Smallish head, clinging to the sides of the glass. Not much carbonation, only visible if I bring the glass close to my eyes. Smell is orange, unripe mango, and pineapple. Not super strong, but pretty clear.
Taste is citrus pith, unripe mango, and grapefruit rind bitterness. Something sweet -- but how to describe it? I think pineapple juice is the best answer I have, but it's not quite the right fit.
Mouthfeel is a little heavy and sticky. Overall, quite enjoyable beer.

16oz can from Tavour. Bright golden, orange tones, small foamy head. Aroma is a combination of citrus and caramel malts. Taste offers mild sweetness, toffee, orange peel, tapering off to a dry , hoppy finish.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with lots of tiny bubbles and a fine, three finger white head that dissipates in to chunky lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus and grassy hops, lemon, pineapple, light mixed tropical fruit, light dankness and green pepper. Flavor is mildly caramel malt, citrus, grassy and dank hops, lemon, grapefruit, light mixed tropical fruit, light dry grass and a shot of dankness. Lingering nearly resinous citrus rind and dank finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A fine, traditional imperial IPA with a somewhat busy hop bill that all comes together well. It is not common to have the light grassy notes of noble style hops in domestic IPAs and it makes this one interesting, although I don't see any continental hops in the hop bill. Great level of bitterness and good lingering finish. It's getting harder and harder to try a real IPA from new breweries and I'm glad to have run across this one.
