Clear golden yellow in the goblet. Wonderful mouthfeel, with the creamy carbonation and foam sloshing around. Light body with a crisp taste but mellow with malt. Aroma of lemon rind and lime blossoms is fragrant and inviting. Moderate bitterness but only after savoring the subtle flavors of tangerine, mango, and green melon.
This is a good reminder why a clean and restrained West Coast IPA is the best showcase for quality hops. My favorite brew yet from San Juan. From the 16 oz can purchased at Community Coop in Bellingham. Dated 08/27/21 on the bottom.

Slight haze, medium head. Tan-amber color. Smell is mild melon rind, some green leafiness.
Taste is bright tropical fruit, sweetness and floral, mild to medium bitter finish again reminding me of melon rind.
Mouthfeel is medium to light. Overall, very good.
