Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 3/1/24.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a dash of haze and a thinnish layer of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: malt is slightly sweet, with a little bit of graininess. Pretty well balanced, although also pretty light in intensity.
Taste: very much like the aroma, with a somewhat sweet maltiness and a fair bit of graininess. Perhaps even a bit more toward the grainy side than the aroma. Not bad for the style.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with an okay carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: of course, being a lager on the lighter side, it’s quite refreshing and drinkable. So good marks for that!

Poured into a Reuben's Brew pint glass. Pours a moderately hazy, light to medium golden amber with a half finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of bready malt, grassy and citrus hops, light grains, lemon, grapefruit and mixed fruit. Flavor is bready malt, citrus and lightly grassy hops, light citrus and dry grass, lemon, grapefruit and mild mixed fruit. Moderately bitter finish with the flavor tapering off. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. I didn't expect to see a lager with this much haziness, but haze is in style now and the flavor was in the profile range of the American lager. Hops lean to citrus with a little mixed fruit, which fits the Loral hops used in this lager. Flavor is a bit subdued, but a nice hop bill and appropriate malt. A low key, drinkable lager.
