A Horseradish and Beetroot Ale - on draft at the tasting room
a bit reddish in color. whoa - the aroma is pungent horseradish. taste will wake you up too - there is no denying this is horseradish based. not sure I pick up on the beet component. definitely earthy and vegetal. I like horse radish in general with food, but I don't want to drink this again - just doesn't work as a beer. But fun experiment.
