SLO-MO is our first blend of beers from our Solera, aged on cherry and blackberry purée. We selected four barrels of mild, young beer of 6-8 months old, hoping to derive most of the character from the fruit. After multiple fruit additions and maceration, we finally committed it to the bottle. This one tastes of bright, lush cherries, and raspberries, with just a touch of blackberry jam, finishing light and refreshing.

Pour a murky magenta with a pinkish collar. Tart cherry, lush blackberry, with red currant, raspberry and a hint of green apple in the nose with mild funk. Taste is more cherry and blackberry forward in a tart and jammy way, funk is milder than the nose, other supporting fruit are less defined. Feel is tart and light yet thicker for the style, tempered well with very low acidity

Pours a bright cranberry red color. Nice aroma of tart raspberry and funk. Good carbonation , strong raspberry taste with just the right amount of tartness. Clean, crisp, refreshing. One of the better beers I’ve had from these guys, Would definitely purchase again.
