Uniformly medium gradient of burnt gold nearing amber haze under a fairly tall white head.
Frothy, funky and verdant notes meet pungent stonefruit before an almost gueuzy gassiness gives wild spontaneous vibes.

It’s good but it’s a little rough around the edges. It is extremely carbonated. I don’t know if I’ve had anything this carbonated. Big notes of lemon.

This is an incredibly complex and satisfying beer. Right up there with some of the best lambics I've had. Smooth, effervescent, with just the right balance between sweet and sour, and a long lasting tartness and bitterness. A magnificent beer.
