Fermentery Form "Bells Ring"
$6/10 oz. on tap at the brewery on 23 August 2025
Look: Hazy golden body. Short head of white foam. Limited head retention and lacing as usual for a sour beer.
Smell: Grain, apple, wood, mustiness.
Taste: As the aroma suggests with the addition of some earthiness and a touch of metal. Tart. Moderately bitter but dry in the finish due to the acidity.
Feel: Medium bodied with a moderate, fine-bubbled carbonation.
Overall: Quite a nice beer but certainly not the best from Fermentery Form, however just finding a beer like this made in the U.S. is very rare so it certainly gains credit based on that.
