Higher alcohol content promotes the complexity of the French Saison yeast. The usual saison suspects of black pepper, clove, banana, and fruity esters come through and shine brighter with the thicker backbone an 8.5% abv beer provides. The addition of peaches during fermentation adds an additional layer to the flavor profile. Big is sneaky as it tastes neither boozy, hot, or harsh. Accessible to all drinkers big and small.

(review from May 2018) Very peachy saison with hints of banana, clove & spicy aftertaste. Smooth fooler of an 8.4% but you better like peaches for this one.

On tap at brewery. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of sweet fresh peaches, yeastiness and caramel. Sweet peach taste with toasted caramel and some Belgian spice.

On tap at the Kansas Craft Brewers Expo 2018. Comes a cloudy gold with an average white head. Aroma of stone fruit, malt, and yeast. Taste is peaches, malt, and yeast. Somewhat dry. Pleasant to drink.
