Peruvian Coffee added to our bourbon barrel-aged stout. The coffee was extracted using two methods, 85% Cold Brew and 15% Espresso shots.

10oz pour at the brewery. Poured an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It smelled of strong roasted coffee, rich chocolate and roasted malt. Good coffee taste with chocolate, toffee and roasted maltiness.

At the brewery. Comes black with a smallish brown head. Aroma of coffee, malt, chocolate, bourbon, and vanilla. Taste is coffee, roasted malt, bourbon, vanilla, dark chocolate, and some wood. Very, very good.
