Pours a copper color with a foggy translucency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is caramel, fig, and toasty and bready malts. Flavor profile is caramel, toast, bread, and fig. It's fairly rich for a Marzen. Mouth feel is creamy in texture with a medium thickness. Overall, an easy sipper that pairs well with a liter mug.
