Hazy golden color with white head and bubbles rising constantly. Aroma has spicy yeast, peppercorn, grassy hops and some light fermented orange notes. Taste is sweetish at first, gets a bit astringent and yeasty on the middle taste and finishes with a light earthy bitterness. Medium minus body, medium plus carbonation. Quite rustic and well made saison.
