L: Had this beer on-tap at Whole Foods - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had a golden yellow color and a somewhat hazy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, long-lasting head. Not much lacing.
S: A kind of underwhelming aroma of light fruit, malt, hops, and Belgian yeast.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of hops (not overly noticeable), a tinge of Belgian yeast, some apples, light spices (pepper), light malt, pears, and a syrupy, sugary quality. Not necessarily a bad taste, but definitely kind of thin. It's not just that it doesn't conform to the style (it doesn't), but that none of the ingredients really stand out.
F: A decent amount of carbonation with a slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Kind of a disappointing beer. Not bad, but could've been better than it was.
