Grodziskie from Wallenpaupack Brewing. 16 oz can purchased from Wallenpaupack Brewing, Hawley, PA (10/20/2021). $ 4.24 (including tax)/can ($0.265/oz). Stored at reefer in store and at 40 degrees after purchase. Reviewed 25/04/22. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Stamped on bottom of can “CANNED 07/22/21”. Served at 47.3 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 55.5 degrees.
Appearance – 4
First pour – Pale Straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Pale Straw (SRM 2), slight haze with a pale greenish tint. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Average (Maximum 3.5 cm, aggressive center pour), white, high density, and average retention, diminishing to an undulating 0.5 to 1.0 cm crown fed by moderate carbonation and a thin, rocky cap.
Lacing – Good. Irregular band of tiny to small bubbles, with short, blunt stalactites.
Aroma – 4 – Weak wood smoke. Grassy hops, no malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 4 – Lightly sweet. Smoke is the predominant flavor, no hops, no malt, no yeast. No ethanol (3.2 % ABV as marked on label) taste or aroma. No gastric warming occurs. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 3.5 – Medium, a little creamier than water, soft but lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.75 Overall, a delicious take on the style. Smoky without the over smoked BBQ taste. The wheat gives it some body and a touch of sweetness.

Thanks to Ozzylizard for this one, from his boxes during the recent NBS BIF #14. 16oz can (dated 7/22/21) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean and clear very light, pale straw yellow color with an inch of white head that had very good retention and very light lacing.
A medium smoke scent was the main feature, with some light grains underneath. no real hop presence.
The flavors had the smoke being a bit stronger, but not heavily so, and the malt showing through a touch more.
The body was light, crisp, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkabilty will depend on how well you like smoked brews. I love 'em, so found this a quite the easy quaff.
Overall, a pretty nice take on the style. Certainly worth your time if you see it.
