Crisp lager brewed with flaked rice and extra pale pilsner malt. Kettle hopped with American Noble Citra, and dry hopped with LUPOMAX Citra and El Dorado Spectrum.

On tap at the Little Brown Barrel in Minersville Pa earlier this evening.

Pale yellowish body, small white head, specks of lacing. Aroma is nondescript. On tasting, there is a light hop presence, but nothing that makes you think pilsner. Finish is clean, sweetness is mild.

Overall, a bit confusing. Seems neither West Coast or pilsner.

Very enjoyable. Presentation is pale lager while flavor goes quickly from a sweet rice lager to an assertively hopped pils with dry citrus notes dominating. Refreshing and very drinkable, with prickly carbo that carries the hoppiness home. This is a well crafted and addictive beer.
