Inspired by the Paper Plane cocktail, we added 18 different fruits, herbs, and spices to mimic the herbal and citrusy qualities of amaro and Aperol. Orange peel, lemon, rhubarb, and elderflower are just a few of those unique ingredients. Crafted to remove gluten.

Shaken & Stirred: Paper Plane pours a hazy, copper-colored beer with a small head. The aroma has notes of orange, lemon, and botanicals. The flavor is much the same: orange, lemons, and botanicals, with a cocktail feel. Good overall feel.
