Served on tap in a pint glass at the brewery (Mason).
Look: Clear light gold, virtually no head or lacing.
Nose: I'm getting very little of anything here, maybe a little malt, and a slight touch of white wine.
Mouthfeel: Medium, crisp, adequate carbonation -- there's certainly more to the mouthfeel than there was to the look or nose.
Attack: Very pleasant; light malt, cracker, just enough sweetness. Things are getting better as we move along in this review!
Finish: Just enough hop bitterness to balance.
Overall: This is a very pleasant, very crushable, thirst-quenching session lager, perfect for when a pale ale or even a pilsner would be hoppier than you want. Milder than even a Munich Helles. Add a little more to the look and the nose, and you'd have an all-around great beer.

A - Pours pale yellow, clear, with a short white head which is quick to fade.
S - A note of white wine, grape-like character over sour grains, and a bit of floral hops.
T - Surprisingly solid American lager, with grape fruit notes and a nice cracker malt base, followed by a mild bitter close.
M - A light, easy drinking body.
O - A beer that delivers on the promise of its name. Not my typical pick, but a nice job for the style.

12 ounce can, looks like the canning date is 09/07/21. Served in a Bengals pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear light gold color with about an inch white head that didn't stick around for too long. Small amount of lacing. The brew smells mostly like grainy/bready malt along with some grassiness and lemon. For the most part the taste is just like the aroma, although I think the grainy/breadiness stands out compared to the other flavors. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's crisp and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a nice enjoyable brew, easy to drink and with a good amount of flavor. Need to pick up more of this one!
