Our IPA is a flavorful burst of piney citrus flavors from the multiple additions of classic hops varieties through the entire process. Brewed with lightly kilned base malts and a clean fermentation profile to let the hops steal the show. Flavors and aroma of pine, grapefruit, and citrus hide the alcohol in this 7% ABV hop delicious beer.

My business partner picked me up a 4pck of tall boy cans of this beer from his recent trip to the brewery. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had subtle bitter citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with bitter citrus and pine resin presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Had on tap at the brewery.
Nice bright golden orange, totally clear.
Nose is classic west coast. I’m getting fresh citrus, some pine forest. Really pretty vibrant.
Taste is kind of a sweet Meyer lemon citrus, and the piney earthiness is really complementary.
Medium bodied, crisp finish, and pleasant hop bite lingering on the tongue.
