Brewed with Weyermann Beech Smoked Malt and fermented with our house Pilsner yeast. Expect a nice and clean Pilsner with a subtle touch of smoke on the nose and back-end of the palate.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a tapered pint glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Brief head becomes islands and a ring. Small lacing spots.
Smoked malts on the nose.
Taste of smoked malts, with an addition of slightly spicy and earthy hops.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Okay carbonation.
The smoked malts add an added perspective, which does not overwhelm.
