This Belgian-style quad was separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels that continued to slumber and pick up new layers of complexity. Selected barrels were then blended and primed for bottling. Re-fermentation in the bottle creates a living beer that will continue to develop over time. To be enjoyed now or cellared at 65 degrees.
