Can to lager glass (only proper way of reviewing style).
The appearance was a semi-cloudy yellow color with some foamy to bubbly head sliding off at a fairly quick pace. Some bubbly lace stuck here and there around the glass.
The aroma captured some sweet grains, sweet corn, bready/biscuity yeasty lager qualities and some faint lemony characteristics. Slighter grassy note underneath.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet biscuity/bready taste to take a stroll through those smooth sweet lemony notes and end up providing a quaint aftertaste of grassiness, lemon, biscuits/bready yeast and a touch of sweet corn.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a superb sessionability about it. Good carbonation and a great smooth lagery finish with a refined crisp sensation. Finishes crisp and extremely smooth.
Overall, brewed in the Mexican cerveza style and absolutely makes me never touch a Corona ever again.

12 oz can.
Moderate pour yields a nearly one inch white head over a bright, light golden body with scant lacing. Head dissipates rapidly. Subdued nose of some lager yeast, biscuit, and light toast. Taste follows with a bit of spice and a tad of sweetness. Finish is semi-crisp and overall, not a bad stab at a Mexican style lager, but rather thin. Cheers!
