Slow Gold is a pilsner brewed in the slowest, most excruciating manner through a variety of old and new world techniques. A simple grist of our favorite German base malts was mashed and decocted and the resulting liquid then hopped solely with freshly harvested whole-leaf Willamette hops before being sent off to ferment and lager super cold for an extended period of time. It pours bright gold with aromas of bread, fruit, and grass and a punchy bitterness on top. We hope you enjoy this labor of love as much as we do.
